Did you register before 11:59p.m. on May 11? If yes, you will receive your rider materials in the mail. Review your confirmation email to ensure that you entered your mailing address correctly.

If the information is correct, but you still have not received your materials, call Stacey Lebda at 312.427.3325 x 225 or email her at stacey@activetrans.org.

Participants who register between May 12 and 26 must obtain their rider materials from a packet pick up location. (Locations will be listed as we get closer to the event).

After you register, you will receive an automated confirmation email titled, “Transaction Confirmation for Bike the Drive.”

You MUST bring this confirmation email to a Packet Pickup location to get your event materials. Please allow one day after you register online before picking up your packet!

Rider Materials included at Packet Pick up Locations:

• Rider number
• Helmet number
• Wristband
• Ride guide
• T-shirt
• Breakfast ticket (if purchased in advance)

Unlike most races and rides in our region, we offer over twelve locations around the region (on specified days) to pickup your packets.

You can pick up any family members’ or friends’ packets as long as you have their email confirmation. 

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the Packet pickup locations and get your packet before the event so you have more time for bicycling bliss!
